Windows Eventlog Monitoring
Today a lot of programs write so much messages in the Windows eventlog that most system administrators don't even bother to look at them. This is not a desired situation, because some of the messages are very important and reveal the health of the system.
Therefore it is important to separate the important messages from the less important ones. TSMS offers an extended filtering mechanism so that you can control which messages you want and which messages you don't want to receive any more. This prevents important messages from being overlooked.
Eventlog messages from a particular application for instance the SQLServer can be forwarded to the database administrators. In this way every administrator receives messages that are important to his field of experience/responsibility.

Business Application Response Monitoring
TSMS has developed a new feature, that will monitor your end to-end business. Business Applications and Service Levels can only be measured by seeing what the users see.
By timing the request and checking the responded contents of the Business Applications. TSMS can tell if response times and contents are within user defined thresholds. Alerts are send if the responded data is wrong or to slow. The alerts are also stored for reporting later.
This solution monitors response times and contents for directory services, web services, email services, database services, network services or your own developed applications.
