When you are interested in TSMS we can provide you with a web-based live demo, which takes about 30-45 minutes. A TSMS consultant will guide you by telephone during the live demo, so that you have the possibility to ask questions.
After this live demo you can decide to use TSMS in your organization during a month. A TSMS consultant of Triangle Solutions will visit your company for a day. On this day he will install the TSMS server and will give you a shortened basic training.
During the trail period of TSMS you will have full access to our help desk and your future functionalities in TSMS.
When you decide to continue to use TSMS after the pilot, then Triangle Solutions will provide a TSMS Basic Training for your employee(s). This will ensure that you can continue to use the help desk of Triangle Solutions in the future.
